The assessment of the vibration risk on board fast passenger ships presents many critical factors. The different variables are linked: the weather, the sea, the wind, the number of passengers on board, the route, as well as to the commanders ability. Given the many variables that come into play, the measures are difficult to replicate. For this reason, the sector is currently under investigation. Musculoskeletal disorders reported by workers in the maritime sector increase attention and studies in determining the biomechanical overload risk for these categories of workers. The report contains a series of measures on board ships, which allow a first evaluation.References
